Brian combines over 20 years of software technology consulting with senior executive experience in translating the business objectives from the boardroom into world-class digital products and services. 

He has served as a CTO and VP of Software Engineering, as an enterprise architect, and as a hands-on product designer in several start-ups.  Brian has a bias towards action to create business-driven technology strategies, customer experience validation, and over a dozen innovative digital products and services.  He has built and coached teams in a variety of industries from high-tech, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer goods to public sector, to bring both internal and public-facing digital systems to market. 

Brian is an active international speaker and a prolific writer within architecture and agile communities and holds multiple distinctions and technical certifications.  He is an alum from Microsoft, having been a part of two technical launch teams from the start - .NET and Azure - and has been a trusted advisor for customer journeys to all major public cloud platforms.

Brian received his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University as well as advanced degrees in business and computer science.  He formerly served as an officer in the United States Air Force.  Home base for him and his family is in East Lansing, Michigan.
